Why would you think for one minute that Madeleine hadnt been sleeping in that bed? I just took a look at the photo of the bedroom, and the bed has clearly been slept in by a little person.

My daughter tends to sleep very soundly and doesnt move much, and often her bed is just like the one in the photot, with a few wrinkles and the bed turned down a bit. After all, this was a little three year old not a 20 stone man, that had been in the bed.

Beggars belief.

I have a few questions for him.

Why did you find it necessary to leak Kate McCann's diaries to the press. You knew those were her innermost thoughts and yet you did not respect her right to privacy. Why?

Did the wives of the Portuguese officers under your command influence this investigation by suggesting Kate wasn't behaving as they thought a grieving mother should?

Did you release your book before the files were made public as an attempt to deflect attention away from the fact that you did nothing to find this child?

The frontier with Spain is almost 100 miles from where Madeleine was abducted, about 1 hour 45 minutes drive. But border guards were only alerted to Madeleine's disappearance 12 hours later giving the abductors ample time to get to Spain and beyond. Why wait 12 hours before alerting the border guards?

It was 48 HOURS before police got round to searching vehicles at the border. Incredibly, weeks later the border was closed almost immediately after reports of a car being stolen. Why close the border almost immediately for a stolen car and yet a child has been reported missing and the border is not closed for 2DAYS? What is that about?

Jane Tanners sighting of a man carrying a child outside the apartment. The police said the man was 5"10. Jane Tanner said the man was about 5" 7.

Two men who were seen in an unused apartment that looked on to the tapas bar on the third of May. Were they thoroughly checked out?

What were your movements mr amaral, what phonecalls and texts did you make? Not only from the night Madeleine went missing, days or even the week before, what was your every move? Truthfully. Where is Murat in all of this? As for his lawyer. What kind of sane person would say the McCann's deserve to be cursed? The lawyer was raging that people are funding a couple who abandoned their children to swan around with bulging bank balances. Their bank balances are none of his business!

Oh and mr. amaral. Let's look at all bank statements over the last ten years and see if all "Tally" up.

Police say they completely searched the villa, but detectives spent less than a full day collecting material and then allowed the family to return, leading some to question how thorough they actually were. It takes days to complete a thorough forensic search, so how thorough was this search and did it follow international guidelines for correct forensic procedure?

Yes I did, strange that isn't it? It is included in the questions where I ask if he ever gave thought that Joana and Madeleine's disappearances may be connected.

Child abduction experts say that it is highly likely that missing children going missing within this distance and time are in fact connected. I read this somewhere but cannot find where i read it.
