What I dont get is, why he and his moronic followers think this is some sort of statement, that it proves something (not sure what other than that Bennett is a wanker).

It proves nothing. It highlights nothing except for very poor judgement on behalf of Bennett and the Houndation.

If they took an honest look at those questions, then consider for one minute that Madeleine was abducted, it is obvious why Kate's solicitor instructed her not to answer. If they were in that position, they wouldnt answer either. I know I wouldnt.

I suspect that the making Kate arguido, and asking these particular questions was done to ensure that Kate did not answer the questions. These questions were ridiculous and could never hope to assist in the search for Madeleine only to try to incriminate Kate, so I believe that Kate not answering was better for public relations. Much more effective than the continuous and increasingly far fetched leaks.

The calls of "OF COURSE SHE IS GUILTY SHE DIDNT ANSWER THE QUESTIONS" coming from Bennett and others, proves my point. Even after the Portuguese prosecutors have said there is no evidence of a crime (although we know one was committed as Madeleine is missing), Bennett still trots this out from time to time. The questions were not designed to be answered, they were designed to NOT be answered.

Agree Dianeh. Those questions were never about helping to locate Madeleine, but more to try to prove Kate was guilty of something.
I'm afraid to say though, I feel as long as Madeleine remains missing, TB wont STFU!

Agreed, Dianeh. They were designed "Not to be answered". They couldn't smack her one or two so they tried every trick in the book to make her look guilty. No one in their right mind would have answered those questions, not even in UK. What was there to say? No and Don't Know. And even those answers would have been deemed suspicious.

Currently The Madeleine Foundation is in the final stages of preparation of two further videos. The first is a 10-minute video that lists the most glaring contradictions in the tapas evidence. Many Youtube users will be well accustomed to the pains of contacting them directly. More often than not, users will endure a 45 minute plus wait only to be greeted with an automated message that advises them to submit their queries via fax, and then wait several days for a response. How is it possible that Carter Ruck can elicit such rapid response from Youtube? Moreover, the 48-question video significantly pales in comparison to some of the disgusting Madeleine McCann videos on Youtube. Some serious questions are to be answered here.

TB, how many times do I have to say: Mrs. McCann didn´t answered those questions, because she was advised by her lawyer not to answer it, which was a right under Portuguese law.
