Caso Joana Cipriano Informação aos órgãos de comunicação social 8 de Dezembro de 2009 Ordem dos Advogados ABSOLVE Marcos Aragão Correia da participação de Gonçalo Amaral 　 Marcos Aragão Correia, Advogado de Leonor Maria Domingos Cipriano, por este meio informa os órgãos de comunicação social de que a Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses, através do seu órgão competente para o efeito - o Conselho de Deontologia da Madeira, notificou-o no dia de ontem de que todos os processos disciplinares que contra si pendiam foram julgados improcedentes e mandados arquivar. Eram em número de três os respectivos processos, a saber: - Processo de averiguações de modo a determinar se o Advogado Marcos Aragão Correia violou ou não o segredo profissional a que está obrigado ao divulgar publicamente as denúncias dos seus constituintes Ana Sofia Brás e José Araújo relativamente aos crimes contra eles praticados por Gonçalo de Sousa Amaral; - Processo disciplinar intentado por um outro cadastrado, acusando Marcos Aragão Correio de ter ilegitimamente recusado continuar a ser seu Advogado, após este ter descoberto que aquele cadastrado pretendia o patrocínio de uma causa imoral e ilegal; - Processo disciplinar intentado por Gonçalo de Sousa Amaral, através do seu mandatário Dr. António Cabrita, acusando o Advogado Marcos Aragão Correia da prática de diversas ilegalidades em defesa de Leonor Cipriano. Após realização de Audiência Pública, a Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses deliberou por unanimidade que em nenhuma situação o Advogado Marcos Aragão Correia cometeu qualquer ilegalidade ou irregularidade, e como tal julgou improcedentes todos os processos disciplinares pendentes, mandando-os arquivar. Esta decisão, sublinhe-se, foi tomada por unanimidade, tendo todos os cinco membros que compõem o Conselho de Deontologia da Madeira concordado inteiramente com ela, e por consequência assim deliberado no dia 12 de Novembro do corrente ano, decisão de que foi notificado Marcos Aragão Correia no dia de ontem, 7 de Dezembro de 2009. Marcos Aragão Correia manifesta a sua plena satisfação por se ter feito Justiça no caso concreto, podendo continuar assim a defender a mãe de Joana Cipriano com menos estas caluniosas suspeitas que sobre si pairavam, quase todas elas criadas e divulgadas pelo condenado Gonçalo de Sousa Amaral com o único objectivo de difamar e prejudicar ilegalmente o actual Advogado de Leonor Cipriano. Marcos Aragão Correia informa ainda que estará atento ao novo livro difamatório do condenado Gonçalo de Sousa Amaral, e que todas as tentativas de o mesmo condenado continuar a caluniar e a difamar a sua constituinte Leonor Cipriano, a filha da sua constituinte, Joana Cipriano, o padrasto da criança, e / ou o legítimo Mandatário desta família, serão, tal como tem acontecido até agora, alvo de processos criminais, que seguirão os seus devidos trâmites tal como têm seguido os outros processos que já foram intentados contra o mesmo condenado. Os superiores interesses de Joana Isabel Cipriano Guerreiro serão sempre o móbil de toda a nossa actuação. Nesta linha, e no âmbito do Recurso de Revisão a favor da mãe de Joana, o seu Advogado Marcos Aragão Correia informa também que, de modo a evitar novas inúteis suspeitas caluniosas por parte dos inimigos das inocentes crianças desaparecidas, não comparecerá na inquirição de Leonor Cipriano da próxima Quarta-feira dia 9 (ás 14 horas) que terá lugar no Tribunal de Execução de Penas de Évora, assim salvaguardando a sua constituinte da repetição da grave calúnia de que esta poderia estar a ser condicionada pelo seu Advogado. Has this been reported in the msm in Portugal? This makes Amaral look quite bad, doesnt it? He has made allegations against Marcos and these have proven to be unfounded. Add this to his conviction for lying (or whatever its legal name).

Things not looking to good for Amaral, and in the not to distant future we have the trial for torturing Leandro and the libel trial.
