The McCanns have the need to continue publicising the abduction scenario to keep this scenario on the table. Also, that Madeleine is now very homogeneous and any little girl could look like her now. It's virtually impossible to find her and the possiblity that she is not findable (alive or dead) increases as the years go by.

True, Madeleine could look similar to a lot of little girls her age, but not identical and certainly her eye would be identifiable.

It is not impossible to find her either, this is just a fallacy.

What needs to happen is Amaral thoroughly investigated, arrested, made a witness and made to talk. In my opinion he knows something, I firmly believe he does.

This is very much a solvable case and Madeleine is a findable little girl.
This is not according to me, this is according to all those who have carried out investigations like this in the past and it is why Scotland Yard *MUST* take over the investigation and be given jurisdiction in Portugal to do their job properly.

Believing that Madeleine is unfindable and that her parents were somehow responsible for her death is just what the convicted criminal and liar, the former policeman in charge of the Madeleine investigation one Goncalo Amaral, wants us to think.

Message to Goncalo Amaral, the convicted criminal and liar and perjurer -

"We do not believe you and we are not going to shut up until Scotland Yard take this case over and finds Madeleine. If that doesn't scare the hell out of you then it should. The McCanns temerity surprised you, so the temerity of us should no longer hold that surprise, and I promise you that I will not stop, or shut up until something is done about you and Scotland Yard takes this investigation over".

The UK government *MUST* make this happen, it should have already happened, the fact that is hasn't is an absolute disgrace.

Madeleine is a British citizen and a minor, come on UK government *DO SOMETHING*.

A lesson from history. Facism. Repeat a lie often enough and the public will believe it to be the truth. Deuce and I had a long phone call earlier today, and he has been reading on jo's blog, and he is now of the opinion that there is a right wing facist adgenda at work, using the McCann's as a lever for their evil aims. It all fits, as we know for a fact that bennett is a right wing political animal, so it would make sense for him to be involved, smearing the government with stupid allegations of coverups. jo's intintions are similar, but aimed at her own government. There is a sinister and frightening undercurrent here, there are far too many right wing posters known to be anti's, i.e. laffin assasin among others. The McCann's are nothing more than pawns, who happened along at a very convenient time.

Rui Teixeira points finger at lawyers

The judge investigating the case said yesterday Casa Pia, at the Oeiras, journalists who followed the case may have accessed information protected by the secrecy of justice by the lawyers for the defendants. Rui Teixeira and inspectors department, André Dias and Rosa Mota, were heard yesterday during the trial of twenty journalists accused of having violated the secrecy.

The newspaper in question concerns the order of Rui Teixeira who kept the arrest of Carlos Cruz. This information was published by Manuel Domingues, a reporter for TVI and one of the accused, a block news station. Asked by the lawyer and journalist Manuel Domingues could have gained access to this information, Rui Teixeira was peremptory: "I could have access because this order was communicated to the accused and their defense," said the judge, ensuring he was not to reveal its content to journalists.

Re Casa Pia , it is well known that the leaks were originated at PJ, they happened before the lawyers had access to the investigation/process (secrecy of justice, remember?) It is also known that the orchestration of these leaks was in the hands of Felícia Cabrita. Mr. Teixeira, the judge, has played a still foggy role in the instruction of the process. Calling Manuela Moura Guedes to court is nothing but a smokescreen: she was ill, couldn't go there and even if she went at a later date, she could always answer she would not disclose her sources, according to the law applying to journalists (source protection).

It is also known that Dias André is behind the selection of news to be leaked, that is, he was the one who would provide Felícia with the 'pieces' and she would distribute them around to the media. TVI was on her 'list' and Manuela was probably the journalist chosen to air them
