I really liked this bit,

Does that mean they want it to be a place where they can make wild unfounded, libellous accusations without attracting any attention? They cant 'fight' with serious investigators because they have nothing to back up their ludicrous, LIBELLOUS accusations.

Here is a promise, not a threat. If the 3A's starts up again, and is spreading libellous rubbish, it will be reported to CR. It will not go unnoticed.
