understand you have made a public apology to the good people of Rothley
if they feel offended by your leaflets of facts delivered to them today.

I
am offended. Will you please apologise publicly to me as well? However,
I am not offended by your expression of the key facts as I could not
find any. I am offended by your misleading opinions expressed as the
key facts. I believe you need reminding that any facts that you proport
to have found should be passed on to the PJ together with a valid
explanation of how you came by them.

I am also offended by the
Madeleine Foundation having deliberately chosen the name of the
campaigning group to mislead the general public into believing it is a
support group for finding the truth of what happened to Madeleine.
Offended too by the harassment your organisation, headed by Mr Bennett
practises against the parents of a missing child of whom you have no
evidence or authority to be judge and jury for.

Finally
I hope that you all move on to doing something righteous after the
foundation loses all credibility following this current campaign of
persecution and harassment against people who support the McCanns and a
family which includes children and the suffering of a lost loved one,
who are innocent by law. Even if you prefer to use the words not guilty
by law, that amounts to the same thing.

Leicester police are aware of the leafleting and are looking into it to see if a criminal offence was committed by the foundation.

I have just re watched it and the reporter said the foundation makes claims, we can't repeat on tv as they are claims the McCain's have already successfully sued newspapers for.

I have video of the BBC programme and currently uploading if it will fit on the tube.

On the BBc East Midlands programme a report on the leafleting was shown first. Members of the Rothley community were asked what they thought about this campaign. All spoken to were negative about it. Then an interview with Debbie was shown. Debbie kept making the point that the foundation were distributing the facts. She backed up her opinion that these are fact by stating they are directly from the PJ files. The interviewer said she wanted to talk about the leafleting of Rothley and not about Debbie considering the information as fact because anyone can make facts suit themselves.

Debbie said she would not apologise for the leaflets and only apologise for people being offended by facts.

At the end a reporter said that no leaflet had been delivered to the McCanns home as that was not nessessary because a copy of the book that the leaflet is promoting had already been sent to the McCanns.

This is a foundation harrassing and persecuting the McCanns in TV and in their home village out of prejudice and lies. If this is not criminal enough for the police to take action straight away then I dont know what is.

human cadaverine - the smell left by a human corpse - in over 200
outings (you can see where this is sourced on the internet). Do you
dispute that Eddie alerted to the smell of a human corpse in 10
different places in the McCanns' apartment, the McCanns' hired car, the
clothes of Kate McCann and one of the children, and on Cuddle Cat?

If you read my book, you would know that it is the other way
around. In July and August, the Portuguese Police released 30,000 pages
of documentary evidence about the case. My book is based substantially
on that evidence. If you want to read that evidence and make your own
mind up, I can tell you where to find that evidence. But perhaps your
mind is already made up and you would prefer not to look at this
evidence?

Two points.

Firstly, we are here to find out the truth about what really happened to Madeleine McCann.
The person who has got nearest to the truth in this case is the origianl senior detective in the case, Goncalo Amaral.

He sacrificed his career to bring us as much of the truth about Madeleine's 'disappearance' as he was able to.
