A Question For Joana Morais and Breach of Confidentiality

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Projecto Justiça Gonçalo Amaral has been contacted due to some donors having reservations about their name and email address being forwarded to Mr Amaral, so he could thank them personally.

I think a note of clarification is due at this point.

When people made a donation via PayPal, they gave an email address for contact. That was the address that was forwarded to Mr Amaral so he could thank the donors personally for their contribution.

This was nothing but a gesture of good will and appreciation, made out of the best intention.

Mr Amaral was not given any information whatsoever apart from the name and the email address, and said information will not be used for ANY PURPOSE whatsoever apart from this one thank you message.

You have my personal guarantee on that matter, as well as you have my personal guarantee that none of this information will be divulged to anyone, anywhere, for absolutely no motive, ever.

Believe it or not, there are still honest people with good intentions and a sense of responsibility and honour.

I wish to personally thank the donors, as well, for the contributions made.

I have news for Joana Morais and Astro, it does not matter a jot how many honest people there are about, this is a clear breach of confidentiality and anyone who is miffed at having their personal details handed over to a convicted criminal, should complain to Paypal immediately.

My question is this:

Who exactly handed over these personal details of not only email addresses, but there would on that payment record, be home addresses and in some cases home or mobile numbers and bank details.

Who handed these addresses to a third party?

1)...If Joana Morais has access to that account then why? She said the account was set up in the name of a forensic psychologist by the name of Sargento, so if she has access to that account why?

Are people happy with Morais, having access to their personal details?
Where they made aware that she would have access to their personal details?

2)...If it was Sargento that handed these personal details over, who gave him permission to? And as this was a flagrant breach of trust, if it was him, then how on earth can he be trusted with patients/clients confidential records? He is a psychologist, he would be bound by some kind of code of ethics, giving personal details out would be a direct and very serious breach of that code of ethics. If you were a patient/client of his, would you trust him knowing he gives out personal details?

3)...Or does Goncalo Amaral have direct access to that account? If so why? Joana Morais said he didn't, so if he hasn't, then how come he has managed to get hold of peoples bank details? Their real names and addresses and their email addresses? Goncalo Amaral is hugely in debt, he is facing serious charges in court, not least to the tune of £1.2 million. His financial assets have been frozen and to top all of that he is a convicted criminal, guilty of falsifying evidence and lying under oath, why would you want this man to have all your personal details?

Whichever this breach is, it holds very serious consequences. There is peoples money involved here, Morais has been taking elderly people's pension money and has been surfing the net encouraging people to donate to a fund, for a convicted criminal and a lying, thug bully boy womaniser.

Apparently this money has already been paid into the court so why is Joana Morais still asking people to donate to the fund still?

Why is Morais asking people to donate to a fund of a person that has a personal income said to be around £40.000 per annum? (His wife's income bumps that up again) He should be able to comfortably afford 5000 euros for that court case. His financial "difficulties" do not seem to prevent him lazing around spending his days drinking, smoking and eating in the bars around Praia da Rocha and Portimao.

Amaral also seems to have difficulty remembering that he owns a big house with a lot of land and a heated swimming pool, when declaring his finances when he applied for legal aid to pay his 5000 euros! So it looks like he even could have lied on his application for legal aid, as apparently in Portugal you cannot apply for legal aid if you own property in excess of a certain amount!

This is absolutely scandalous, do these people have no respect for their posters or are they just a means to an end for them ?

FGS people wake up, you are being played.

It doesn't matter what explanation JM gives, you just do not give out personal information, it is an abuse of trust.

If Amaral wanted to thank the doughnuts sorry donors, why didnt he just post a thank you note on JM's forum ? there is no acceptable excuse for him having personal email addresses, end of.

Exactly right Tinks, no matter how you look at this, it is wrong, wrong and wrong again and what has Joana Morais got to say about this?

This is peoples lives she is playing about with, there is no way on this earth that anyone in their right mind would want a thug and bully and convicted criminal liar, to be given their personal details.

This should be reported to the police and to paypal and I sincerely hope someone has done so. In this day and age, when peoples identities are being stolen and people are gaining access to peoples bank accounts, it is scandalous and a convicted criminal liar in debt up to his eyeballs, are those people insane? This is the internet, the home of scams for goodness sakes and you have all been had! Never heard the like a begging bowl being passed around for a convicted criminal, who has led the high life, only a couple of weeks ago he spent more on fireworks and a party, than most Portuguese people have to live on in several months, he is a finest cigar smoking, hard drinking lazy good for nothing womaniser and these idiots are giving him money? I wonder if their husband and wives and children know of this? On the internet of all places and now all their personal details have been passed to a convicted criminal? I wonder if their wives and husbands and families know about this? I cannot imagine anyone with an ounce of common sense would think this was a good idea, they would probably be appalled and hit the bloody roof!
