the stupidity of pat insane brown continues:

The McCanns threatened Amazon with a lawsuit for my analysis of the evidence in my book, The Disappearance of Madeleine McCann, and Amazon pulled the book. It is still available at B&N and Smashwords. The only reason the McCanns haven't sued me is because they would lose in a court in the US. Sadly, for Tony Bennett, the UK no longer supports freedom of speech. The McCanns made themselves public figures. They took their allegations to the press within hours of Madeleine's disappearance and they have taken millions of dollars of donations to "find" Madeleine and failed to account for the use of this money over the last five years. They have claimed that Madeleine has been abducted (no evidence of this) and is alive (no evidence of this either) and in doing so, they have purported their own theories and therefore, in the US anyway, open the door for others to do so as well.
