Does he not realise that nothing this policeman has said in court is proved or can be proved ergo it is hearsay and for Bennett to repeat it outside a court is actually committing libel and the same goes for everyone connected with Bennett.

Rosie, I meant to say earlier that I believe that Bennett does not realise it. The policeman who wrote the interim report is exempt from libel, as he was acting in his professional capacity. But that report has now been supseded by a new report, written by the prosecutors, so has a high standing, and the original report is no longer valid. Even the original author would not be able to insist that the conclusions of the original report are correct, as it contradicts a higher authority. Yet here we have Bennett, continually doing so.

I believe that he is so dense that he doesnt realise that to continually use the interim report as facts, that he is committing libel. Just because that document was published doesnt make it true. The only report that should be quoted from is the final one, and even then, it must be quoted properly and not used out of context.
