From Leonor's trial.
A trusted source has sent me this link yesterday.

It is in the public domain, so it is safe to post in the public section. I have spoken privatly to Maria, and she tells me it is some sort of court transcript from the trial of leonor Cipriano. She expressed a degree of surprise at what was allowed to be given as 'evidence' in this trial, and has agreed to put up some sections of this in English for us to get a better understanding. Thank you Maria, over to you!

Re: From Leonor's trial.
You've found it Vee!!!!!
I've been searching that site too, ages ago when I found the complaint at the Eu, but didn't know which Court it was, so I gave up.

Re: From Leonor's trial.
Thanks, Vee...
The document is the full report of the appeal process of Joana's 'murder' at the Supreme Court of Justice. It is lengthy (and boring...) and in legalese, composed of two distinct parts, the final report (summary) and the detailed argumentation. It was voted by 4 judges and one against. This one made a 'declaration of vote' (don't know if you use this expression, it is the explanation of why he voted defeated). I'm very much tempted to start the translation by this last bit, 'why this judge thinks the process should be re evaluated'. Although the summary also looks like a monument of justice twisting though... But not today...
Tomorrow we have local elections, my voting pole is far away from where I am, but I'll try tomorrow evening to have something for you...
