Stranger snatched British Toddler aged 2, off holiday isle beach
Stranger snatched Brit tot, 2, off holiday isle beach

A MUM told yesterday how a stranger snatched her two-year-old son off a beach on a sunshine island - as she watched in horror.
The man grabbed little Presley Cassell and fled.
The toddler's dad Nicholas gave chase and grabbed Presley back 30 yards down the beach in Cyprus before the kidnapper could reach a car.
Presley's mum Keeley, 33, said: "He just picked up Presley and ran off down the beach. It happened right in front of our eyes. It was every parent's nightmare."
The snatch happened on the first day of their holiday two weeks ago in the Girne area of Northern Cyprus - controlled by Turkey.
Keeley said the incident triggered thoughts about 21-month-old Ben Needham - who vanished 18 years ago from the Greek isle of Kos - and the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, three, in Portugal in 2007.
Keeley said: "Presley is fair-haired, like Ben Needham. To see him picked up by this stranger who tried to dash off with him in front of our eyes was frightening."
Finance manager Keeley and Nicholas, 27, were so stunned that they left the beach in shock and did not call Cypriot police.
But they are contacting officers at home in Halifax, West Yorks - urging them to get in touch with counterparts in Cyprus to warn families.
Keeley said: "We want people there to be on their guard.
"Looking back, we should have gone to the police then - but we were in panic. We'll never forgive ourselves if we find out he's taken someone else's child."

Re: Stranger snatched British Toddler aged 2, off holiday isle beach
Thank God these parents spotted this happening, it could have been very different as the story we reported here a few weeks ago on a south coast British beach, where a mother was actually watching her toddler in front of her, looked away and looked back that child was gone, fortunately the child was found safe and well some 20 minutes later.
As the non judgemental non perfect human beings among us keep saying, Madeleine could have been taken from her bed during the night with her parents asleep in the next room.
There are vile evil people about, but then we all know this when we look at what Bennett and Butler are doing!

BIG MONEY & YACHT'S TOO
Good Point Rosemary, brings back the Sea Route question as in Madeleines case! I have always maintained kidnapping by sea was an option not to be discounted even though this method of abduction has been well documented for the past two and a half years. But how lucky this couple were to save their child from, well, goodness only knows! Perhaps it would be a good idea to put notices up on all beaches world wide telling parents to "Beware of Child Snatchers" or "Warning! Watch That Child!". In fact it might be a good idea to put similar notices up in all public places, Parks, Shopping Centres, etc. In fact I think its about time this was done urgently, do you suppose local councils could be persuaded to spend money on such an important issue?

I'll bet a pound to a penny that, even now, on certain other web blogs, they are finding ways to blame the parents.

You'd have to assume they even bothered posting it Vee - doesn't match with their official hypothesis.
But if I had to make a guess they're commenting on the dad being younger, etc.
