Hi Alex

I dont know much about pictures etc on the web, and whether or not a virus could be embedded into a photo. I agree with you and dont think that the photo itself has a virus in it.

But Matt's post gives me two things that I want to mention about the photo.

1. The photo itself is a virus, it has passed around the internet, and we were led back to its source (Erla's photo pages). But this means nothing, as the photo has been on the web for at least 3 years, longer actually.

2. It is the one that photoshopped it that needs to be looked at. Is this person just a demented spiteful wannabe, who saw a chance to throw a bit of venom at the McCanns? Is this person acting alone? Or is this part of a bigger campaign against the McCanns? I have often wondered if those fools over on 3A's who like to do things like this, whether or not they have been manipulated into acting like this? That is a question I would like answered. If manipulated, who is behind it, is it someone doing it for kicks, or something more sinister?

The flip side of that is of course that they are just sheeples, and going along with the crowd. That there is no manipulation just a few hateful people that have somehow convinced others that this bad behaviour is somehow acceptable.

Alex, Dianeh - maybe Amaral should try getting "Christina" a psychiatric evaluation!
