I'm not sure but I think these are four of the members of the PJ currently standing trial for the alleged torture of Leonor Cipriano. I know Paulo Cristovao is one of them and of course no mistaking Lardy boy boy 'Amaral', I also believe the blonde may be Felicia Cabrita, she is the journalist involved in getting all that highly sensitive witness information of addresses, statements and witness telephone numbers. I do not know if it is true, but Felicia Cabrita is said to be a 'very good' friend of Goncalo Amaral's.

Amazing how these good friends always seem to crop up with some classified information isn't it?

Felicia Cabriata, A.K.A. 'The Snitch' is married to gonzo's lawyer. That would explain her presence!
