It's easy when you're stuck at home all day, with just a computer for company! If the book is the same standard as the website, you'ld have to pay me to read it. The whole site is full of gramatical mistakes and p*ss poor research. Like I said, on the other thread, he thinks one of the sniffer dogs was a bloodhound! :duh: I do hope not too many of the anti's are pinning their hopes on this looser!

Have read your article Vee and am very impressed, you appear to be very knowledgible in these matters. I think you will find most people do not like the idea of divulging their identities but would probably make a direct approach to the authorities themselves. Perhaps you could print the name and address of this legal body so that those interested can write direct. But I must say your post is very well thought out especially the investigatetive work and is extremely well written. Well done.

Good article. I agree 100%, and want to add, that Mr Bennett is also a publicity seeker and he is using Madeleine to get into the limelight. After all, he knows that any legal attempts he makes at the McCanns will fail, and he also knows very few people will pay to read his book, why should they, he is just a member of the general public without any additional resources than we have. So fairly well, his book must contain a lot of conjecture. He will be sliding fairly close to the wind as far as libel is concerned.

After all, if Madeleine wasnt abducted, as he claims, then it is obvious he is claiming the McCanns are behind her disappearance, so therefore they have committed a crime. And that in itself is libellous.

Problem is if the McCanns sue him, then they give him the publicity he seeks. If they do nothing, he probably just disappears into the night. After all, no reputable paper is going to publish any of his claims. So he is on a slow boat to nowhere.

I applaud you too, Vee - very well done. I agreed with everything you said 100% and yes, Mr. Bennett is seeking attention - I didn't realize that he had written a book. Another book - what can one say but oh, how very sad.

Actually the bookmark I had for this site is still not hosting Bennetts site. The site that Tony has up and running is built by Stevo. Now Stevo was on admin just after nbrado left 3Arguidos.

Thanks everyone, though I can't claim all the credit. The paragraph on vexatious litigation I found somewhere else, not long after Tony 'Nobby-no-mates' Bennett first crawled into the light, and I copied it and put it somewhere, (And lost it, temporaraly!) ready just in case he ever did get his shabby little 'foundation' off the ground. I just wrote the sourronding piece, to explain the full background, plus my own feelings into this little man.

If you look more closely at his so called reasons, he is not just sailing close to the wind on libel, he has in fact clearly crossed the line. Many of those reasons are the same lies that the McCann's and their friends have already successfully sued the press for. The whole website is slopply researched, amateurish and and ripe for libel charges. One 'reason' is the so called 'testimony' of Pamala Fenn. We all know Mrs Fenn has already denied ever giving such testimony, but, in addition, isn't there something in the laws of publishing that in order to quote someone you have to get their permission? I wonder if Mrs Fenn was contacted at all?

Rosiepops suggested I copy my complete article as a new thread, so I might just do that, so as to expose bennett to a wider audience.

And the guy who built his site is part of the admin on 3arswipes! Well well, it's all starting to come together, isn't it?! The sicko's are trying to get their twisted ramblings across through what they think is a respectable front. 'EH-eh' computer says no!
