well done Scotland Yard, keep up the good work.
this is what truly matters:
"DCS Campbell said: “The Portuguese hopefully will pursue some of these investigative opportunities with our assistance. There is room for further work and collaboration to resolve the case.”
He re-iterated a claim that Madeleine could still be alive. He said: “You only have to look at the case in Cleveland, Ohio, and the European cases. Of course, there is a possibility she is alive, you cannot exclude it."

England: Clues found may lead to new inquiry
Twenty suspects in Maddie case
Scotland Yard says it has interest in interrogating British who have been in Praia da Luz
Scotland Yard, the elite of British police that two years ago it started a review investigation on the Maddie case, analyzing all the loose ends in the investigation into the disappearance of British girl on May 3, 2007, in Praia da Luz, Lagos, said to have interest in 20 people who were in the Algarve while the McCann family were there.
In this investigation, opened by order of the British Prime Minister, David Cameron, members of Scotland Yard were in Portugal. Besides the collection of forensic evidence, say they have identified at least two dozen British citizens who raise suspicions. All these people should, according to the coordinator of research, Hamish Campbell, be questioned.
According to British media yesterday, the new evidence is "pleased to Kate and Gerry," Maddie's parents, who insist on reopening the inquiry into the girl's disappearance. However, the newspaper added, that PT authorities continue to refuse to carry out further investigations.
Therefore, the Scotland Yard does not rule out the possibility of opening a formal investigation in it, since it does not have jurisdiction in Portugal, they can try to locate British nationals who are suspected of crimes.
