P.S. We have tonight agreed to remove from The Madeleine Foundation website our downloadable pdf. version of the leaflet in support of Goncalo Amaral Awareness Day, and added this notice on the appropriate page of our website:

"On 15th July Carter Ruck asked us to remove this downloadable leaflet on Goncalo Amaral. We have agreed to this request pending receipt of legal advice".

And here he was, complacent in his repeated libelling of the McCanns and anyone remotely connected with them.

It is time that CR took this to the only outcome that is going to have any effect on this 'man'. He is not going to stop of his own accord, and his word means absolutely nothing as he continues to break the agreement he made with the McCanns. I repeat, it is time.

He was also told, in no uncertain terms, NOT to distribute his leaflets manually in town centres. Seems he doesn't understand the Queen's English. There was something else he was ordered to do as well, remove a comment from havern's blog.

"Well the letter writing to the home secretary has begun, lets make the early trickle into a mighty flow from all those who do not believe that the Mc Canns are telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth about the disappearance of Madeleine Mc Cann"

He has removed that comment, but I will talk more on that later, as I now have to go off and earn my daily crust!

He's really dropped himself into it now. His display on July 4th on Havern's was insane, like he had a death wish. I think he's had it pretending to operate under his voluntary agreement and wants them to take him to court. Unfortunately for him, in court the burden is on HIM to show the allegations are NOT libelous, and not on the McCanns' lawyers to show that they are.

No, he doesn't, Diane, which is bizarre because that burden shift is probably the most well-known thing about Britain's defamation laws.

Yep Bluej it IS a death wish. It goes with the territory. Insanity.

Definately the actions of a mentally insane person.
Oh well, he can plead insanity all he likes, but I doubt it will help him in the long run!

@Vee....I broke my bloody glasses today! LOL Same problem you have with the spares!

I managed to fix mine, but still haven't got around to posting what I wanted to on this subject, and now I'm off away for the weekend, so it'll have to wait!

I broke my "tarses" too! So I replaced them at the pound shop, some really nice frames, they look just like my D&G glasses, can't believe it!

In case you are wondering my 2 year old granddaughter calls them my "tarses" bless her. I also think Bennett & Co are definitely on their way to the "pleeesh stashion"!
