ITV broadcast interview with the couple McCann
At an interview to the British tv ITV, with the approach of the 3rd anniversary of the disappearance, Kate and Gerry told that they want the government to re-examine in full the whole case, because the files about the case are not reunited in one single place and - in the couple´s evaluation - it prevents a detailed analysis of all the information.
Gerry McCann also told that is wrong to be him and his wife to lead the efforts to find their own daughter.
"It´s not right that a British child, innocent and vulnerable, be abandoned", he told. "And I don´t think correct, that, as parents, we have to boost the searches. Of course we will, but not even the whole world has the same resources and support we have to do that".
Gerry McCann also told that is "incredibly frustrating" that the police in Portugal and UK are not looking in a more proactive way for Madeleine "for a long time".
The couple who says they still believe their daughter is alive, is releasing a new package of publicity material, which will be delivered for people who are travelling abroad.
Kate McCann also told that she will not give up the search until find Madeleine, added also that it may have a group of people who could be with the disappearance of her daughter in their consciousness.
"Each time Madeleine is quoted or each time an image is shown - again, there it is, troubling their conscience. Their situation may change, and they can feel safe to speak (about it).
