What a pathetic fool he is.

10 Reasons, 30 Reasons, 60 Reasons, now 15.000 Reasons, bloody hell he's doubling them, it'll be 30.000 Reasons next what does he do for an encore? At this rate he'll overtake War and Peace!

I bet he could not write 15000 words just regurgitating the files without giving his own opinion or deliberately spinning the information. To quote only parts of a document to intentionally cause defamation is libel. So this BS he goes on about only quoting directly from the files will not save his sorry but if he deliberately leaves out information for eg the DNA evidence which clearly states that the sample taken from the car cannot be proven to be Madeleine's and that a significant number of people have the same statistical match to that sample as Madeleine, including her family who were known to be in the carm then he will find himself in trouble. So if he were to talk about a 15 (or 17) point match from 19 without mention of multiple contributors to the sample or the summary of the FSS, then this would be libel by ommission, as he is deliberately withholding information that proves that what he is written is incorrect.

I dont know what is in this article, but judging by the load of rubbish he has previously written I doubt he will put any information in from the files which contradicts his ridiculous theories. And heaven help him if he hasnt.

I dont know why he doesnt just crawl back into his den and thank his lucky stars that he has managed to keep his house and his savings, because if he keeps it up, he will loose the lot.

And I did notice on Chaos Raptors that the article is in someone else's name but the embedded name in the document is Bennett's. I cant even begin to understand why Bennett would even bother to do this. Does he really think he is smarter than everyone else. Time and time again he has made himself look like a fool, and if Raptors is correct, then he has done it again, and left the door open for further libel actions. FGS, he just needs to SHUT UP.

Bennett has already stressed, that just because he cannot say certain things it doesn't mean others cant. If this document is for his new website, then it is intended for discussion. IMO he is back to his old tricks of incitement.

The sooner this man is made a vexatious litigant the better because I cant see him being stopped any other way.

Actually Tinks, I think this last stunt may just be the final straw that broke the camel's back. And from here there is no where else to go but court, and I dont think Bennett is going to like the result.

He is a very very stupid man. Does he think that Carter Ruck would be fooled by these little amateurish games? He comes up with these 'cunning plans' that even Baldric wouldnt put his name to, and every single one of them backfires.

The attorney general should be asked what they are doing about Bennett, we know he is being investigated by them, he knows he is being investigated by them, yet he doesn't stop his vexatious antics, it is getting ridiculous.

Maybe one of the nationals should approach the attorney general's office and enquire what is being done about this person?

He is trying to make out this 15.000 word document is not written by him, when he knows it has been and like everything else, he has been found lying to everyone again.

Peronally I think Bennett is nuts and is a pathological liar, time something was done about him. I wonder what Carter Ruck will make of this?

In the last update to come from him in that wordy email, he was inciting others to commit libel and now this? Does he honestly think that Carter ruck do not know what he is up to?

he amazes me Bennett does.Just the look of him turns my gut i think hes lonely i do.Like a sad lonely train spotter maybe... who's found a new past time....getting into the lives of others and trying to bring them down.He should maybe go and buy a new jacket and things,get his strands of hair sorted out then get his arss into order...Why cant he just go and do something else like buy a fishing rod and join the other numptys who sit still all day and stare at the water for hours and hours waiting for a trout to come and grab their maggot.

LOL I think it is safe to say that Tony Bennett is one seriously deranged person who is in urgent need of medical attention.
The world is not safe with him loose in it IMO.
