40....Were you aware that Mrs Murat was doing this? If so do you think it was a good idea? She could have taken vital information from witnesses that was never relayed.

41....Is it normal to allow civilians to interfere in such a serious investigation as Madeleine's disappearance?

42....Were you aware that she set this information checkpoint up and said that it was for people that were afraid of talking to the police?

43....Did Jennifer Murat ever hand over any information to you that she had gathered at her checkpoint? If so what was it and where is it located in the files?

67. Why was the information pertaining to the case not digitally recorded in accordance with proper policy and procedure? All leads, evidence, testimony, everything is meant to be recorded in a database so it can be accessed and followed up. Why was it left to Rebello to do this months later?

68. Why was DNA not taken from all OC staff, contractors and guests, and compared with DNA databases from Interpol and other treaty countries such as France, Belgium, Britain, US etc?

69. There was an attempted abduction of another little girl only months before Madeleine was taken. Why was an efit/description not obtained from this attempted abduction and shown to witnesses in the Madeleine case?

70. Why was the breaching of the judicial secrecy clauses not investigated and charges laid against those breaking the law?

75. Has Murat's aunt been investigated, especially her dealings with the adoption agency?

76. Why did Murat's girlfriend say she had been to the Jehovah's Witness meeting when she had not?

77. Was Murat's girlfriend's husband investigated, as he was the pool cleaner at the Ocean Club?

78. What about the waiter and his wife (Batista?) Were they any relation to the supermarket owner?

79. The dogs traced Madeleine's scent as far as the supermarket, was this thoroughly searched?
