translation:

Dog saves newborn protecting him overnight

Baby was abandoned by his parents under a bridge.

Animal found the baby and protected him with his fur throughout the night.

Child is well and now authorities are investigating the case. A dog was a hero in Ghana.

The animal has found an abandoned baby under a bridge and stayed there all night, protecting the baby with his fur.. Everything happened in the region of Winkongo in Ghana. The dog lives with its owner near where the child was abandoned.

The owner, along with a few more places, decided to look for the animal and eventually find something else.

The baby was still part of the umbilical cord, but fortunately was not the victim of serious injuries and was taken to hospital, where he is stable and recovering.

The Ghanaian authorities suspect that these are teenage parents. Investigations are continuing.
