Casa Pia: Defendants have dozens of years in prison for meeting

Find out how long the prison still have to conform to the defendants in the Casa Pia , which will appeal to the Constitutional Court to prevent the prison immediately.

The defendants in the Casa Pia can not be arrested while one appeal pending. Over the next ten days, the inmates have to appeal to the Constitutional Court and to prevent the immediate arrest. But everyone has the time to cash.

He was sentenced to 18 years in prison, the ratio fell to 15, and repeat the trial of all crimes of the House of Elvas. Bibi has three in custody, the maximum allowed by law. They are 12 years of prison to serve.

4 years and 11 months for compliance
The presenter has six years of prison to serve, despite the relationship you have taken one year and ordered to repeat the crime of Elvas. He spent three months in prison, among the chain of PJ, the EPL and house you live in Cascais. It has nearly five years in prison.

The doctor was sentenced to seven years in prison and has spent ten months in custody. This leaves him little more than six years.

The relationship confirmed the sentence of six years and eight months that the retired ambassador was convicted. As Jorge Ritto spent 11 months in custody, has yet to meet a little over five years.

The former provider also saw the pain of first instance upheld by the Court of Appeal and took 5 years and 9 months. He spent 11 months in prison, as Jorge Ritto, and has nearly five years in prison to serve.
