Besides, the fact of this case, the abduction in Praia da Luz, be maintained in the minds of people, is also a help for similar cases (Rui Pedro, Ben Needham, etc).

So, it´s up to us, true supporters of the McCann family, to keep this case alive in people´s minds, for as long as it takes, until it´s solved.

Until this child be found, returned to her parents.

A young life has been stolen and the agony goes on. This incident will not be, nor should it be, forgotten.
A number of people out there know Madeleine as she is today and others will know that she suddenly appeared from nowhere. It's time to come clean and return her to her loved ones... or until she is restored to them".

I agree with Pedro's and frailtrev's comments. No, this case or any missing child's case should not ever be forgotten... There has to be resolution for the parents, for the child and to ensure the guilty person who is responsible pays for the crime. I also believe we have to quit the henchman mentality.....
