What I want to know is, if they go ahead and prosecute Kate McCann for endangerment, why only Kate? Why not Gerry? Why not all the others in the group that left their children? If the PJ tried to do this , I think they would have human rights groups down on them in no time, maybe they should do it then? May be this is what is needed to get the European parliament to sit up and take some notice?

The PJ are at fault and it is past time they actually admitted they called this wrong and stopped this dreadful persecution of this couple, enough is enough. The Pj are nothing but clowns!

IMO MW knows they are partially responsible for the situation the McCanns find themselves in, because the McCanns only did what the MW service offered (whether it was offered at PDL is beside the point), and the McCanns even improved on it but doing more regular checks and going inside the rooms to physically sight the children.

If the McCanns are charged, the MW service would be used as an industry standard, in their defence. It is also possible that the MW resorts could also be charged, especially, if there are resorts in Portugal which did offer the service.

This is imo, one of the reasons why the PJ havent charged the McCanns with neglect. It will definitely cause grief within the tourism industry, not just in Portugal but around the world. :bounce:

Mark Warner , IMO, covered their asses big style when they sent their PR guy straight out to PDL after Madeleine went missing.

They are as bad as the Portuguese and their moaning about their tourist trade being hit----all boils down to money :x :x

I have to agree with you, it does all boil down to money. I also think before this is over it is going to be proven that it is a lot more than money from tourism that is involved too!

This is why I think the PJ are delaying lifting the McCann's arguido status, because the PJ are terrified of what is going to be discovered! Well it looks like the McCann's have found another way a round getting the information held on their file, as they have directly appealed to people who have already given information to give their information again to them!

Baby Listening Devices - We have a number of digital baby listening devices in resort available on a first-come-first-served basis at a small rental charge of 20 Euros per week. As we expect demand to be high, we recommend you bring your own devices to avoid disappointment.

Baby-sitting - Extra baby-sitting can be arranged in resort through the Childcare Manager from €12 per hour. Please note that babysitters are in high demand, and whilst every effort is made to accommodate requests, this service is subject to staff availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you require this service.

Evening Entertainment Programme - For children and teenagers aged 6-17 years, we will be running a fully supervised entertainment programme until 10.30pm. We ask that you sign children in and out if they wish to join in our entertainment programme whilst you are dining.

Children's mealtimes - We understand the need for a healthy balanced diet. With this in mind we ensure appropriate dishes are on offer to suit their taste at every meal. There is a children's dinner sitting between 6-7pm.

Illness - If your child becomes ill, you will be expected to take over his/her care in order to reduce the risk of transmitting any illness. Your child must be clear of illness before going back into the Children's club and re-admission will be at the discretion of the childcare manager only.
