TB, proven liar!!!

As you all know, my petition to tighten the current laws of incitement to hatred was suddenly removed last week. According to our esteemed but disgraced solicitor friend, AJS bennett, it was down to him, and his letter of complaint.

But that's not true!

I asked the website team, shortly before bennett started crowing on about how he had defeated a 'minor bully' on the 3a's, and sent them the following mail.

Sent: 23 July 2009 19:54
To: 10 Downing Street
Subject: Re: Your petition to the Prime Minister has been approved

There appears to be a problem with my petition. People have contacted
me,
saying the link is no longer working? I have tried myself, and I get a
message saying that my petition cannot be found. Could you please check

through and see if there is a problem please.

Today, I had the following reply.

Dear Mr ********,

An email was sent to you on 23 July 2009 at 12:53:42 informing you that
your petition had been accepted in error. If you would like to resubmit
your petition all references to specific websites must be removed before
doing so.'

So, as we see, it was NOTHING WHATSOEVER, to do with bennett's letter, it was simply an admin error on my part. My bad! So, bennett, who is laughing longest and loudest now?!




The petition has been re-submitted, and once it is approved, I will inform everyone. Oh, and I asked them to be sure to monitor it carefully, and remove any clear and obvious SPAM names, so that only genuine Madeleine supporters names are counted.

So they think they 'have cracked the case'? I was pretty sure that they were just 'cracked'.

Of course, they are there for Madeleine.
Thats why they celebrate when they think they find evidence of her 'death'.
That is their idea of justice.

They just exploit Madeleines name to punish the parents.

The rabid anti's who follow TB like to convince themselves that they are there primaraly for Madeleine. But a dead Madeleine.

If they really considered Madeleine the priority then they should consider that Madeleine could very well be alive and therefore she needs to be found.

Dead or alive, there is nothing that proves either, so nothing should stand in the way of investigating either posibility which means re opening the investigation and also supporting the search for an alive child.

Really if justice for Madeleine is anyones priority then not considering she may be dead or maybe alive is only a selfish view of justice.

Most important, opinions aside, is Madeleine's fate is unkown. Unkown means the truth must still be found and that search for the truth cannot be bypassed by use of statistics or certainty of opinion to actively seek justice. In this case the only people that punishment is being actively pushed for, are the McCanns. This is because of the absence of evidence of who the criminals are. That is not justice for Madeleine. That is an insult to her name.

Seeking the truth is justice.
