Are the McCann's suing bennett?

In 2009 the McCann family began a civil action against Mr Bennett for defamation relating to the investigation into the disappearance of their daughter.

I don't know, I hope it is true, it would certainly explain why he has gone so quiet lately and paranoid about being asscociated with the 3 A's.

I just hope that is true.

It is my understanding that you cant absolutely believe Wikipedia, because anyone can add things to it. But Bennett has certainly dropped off the charts, hasn't he?

And if anyone deserves this, Bennett is his name. What a lawyer!

Apparently he his citing Murat as being involved and using his libel payout as eviidence of his payoff

Amaral is my least favourite person because his actions/lack of actions (depending on how you see it!) seem to have destroyed so many children and their families. He is such an arrogant man, tells lies, hurts people deliberately with disinformation destroying their reputations.

And the other thing is I cant bear his ?Armani? suits!

To me, Bennett seems a very inadequate person, who gets peculiar ideas and follows them through to the bitter end. He is a Fundamentalist, I think. He seems to need the adoration of a group of people. Maybe I am wrong?

If he hadn't been so cruel to Kate and Gerry, I would actually be feeling a bit sorry for him now. He was a fool to be led by Amaral; he must feel very let down.

But one vile Christmas card later, and one cruel poem later, and at least one stalking incident later, and that's apart from his infamous leaflet and petitions etc. ...............................................................................
