Christ, what a way to go. My condolences.

I wonder though, and I'm not being disrespectful here, how long it will be before we are hearing from Bad Wolf that this was an assasination by either the UK Government, Team McCann or such. I honestly believe that will be mooted and it's them that will be being dis respectful.

No this man wasn't one of the five due to stand trial very soon.

They are Goncalo Amaral who has taken early retirement , Former Inspector Paulo Cristovao, Chief Inspector Leonel Marques, who has since retired, and Inspector Paulo Bom. They are all accused of torture. Inspector Antonio Cardosa is accused of falsifying a document and Amaral is accused of false testimony.

My condolences to this man's family, no matter what, this is tragic news and your have to feel for his poor family.

Says his son worked on the casa pia case but wasn't involved in the scandal as other were like carlos etc.

Sad for his family.

it was not his son who worked in casa pia case,it was him he was not involved in the scandel as far as i can see im still looking into this man to find anything about him..................
