Isabel Duarte is making minced meat out of them all. And this is way before we get to The Libel Case.

Amaral would do well to settle out of court. But I doubt he will have the sense to see this.

Sabot, how would he settle out of court? He would have to agree to not publishing the book and talking about it and agree to pay a lump sum and I just cannot see him doing this.

I wonder why he keeps running out of the court all of the time? Also his wife, where is she and why isn't she publicly supporting him?

Isabel Duarte is running rings around them and this is before we have heard from any of their witnesses.
I liked that she said that the Amaral team were using this case like a criminal court, this is somethng that will nit go unnoticed by the judge! It all adds up to him being up the creek without a paddle!

Amaral is quite at liberty to make an offer to settle out of court and to agree to the demands of The McCanns. This way he might at least save some of his assets. He must already be getting some idea of how things are going.

But as you say, I doubt he will have the sense to do this.

Still nothing about Isabel Duarte's cross examination of this witness, I am getting the distinct impression that this Jondi is deliberately hold back on Isabel's part! It's been 20 minutes now! Someone must have said something!

Did you see Amaral signing a book? What do these people think they are celebrities? This is about a missing abducted child, this is not some thriller bookwriter, I found that nauseous and the more I see of Amaral, the more of a lying corrupt creep he appears!
