The people who watch the police are Statewatch, a European Human Rights Organisation. They produced the ACED Report on the Cipriano Torture Case.

This report is easy reading and well worth the time spent. It will tell you all about the Cipriano case in a straight forward way and it will shock you.

I was actually thinking along the lines of - with all the obfuscation and what would appear to be downright idiocy of the PJ, perhaps they have more to hide than appears to be obvious? It is normal for such establishments to 'close ranks' - anyone actually looked closer at the police? This is just a thought, you understand .... my goodness, even I am now positing conspiracy theories! PP
