No one is forbidding Amaral to think or talk about this case, what an OTT statement, what the objection is they want him prevented from spreading his malicious libel and defaming the parents and harming the search for Madeleine, there is a significant difference.

Amaral was only the chief investigator for five months before he was sacked from the investigation, this does NOT give him the right to defame and make libellous comments.

If this is all Cabrita has got, he is sunk! There is NO EVIDENCE what-so-ever, so therefore Amaral cannot say and write things he has said and written!

Really? Then direct us to the part in the files which says that the parents concealed Madeleine's body, then dug it up and drove it around in a car some 23 days later!

By the way, how can Amaral say this? His book came out BEFORE the files were released and as Amaral had already been sacked from this investigation he had no contact with it or the files, so how would he know?
