Gerry said that anyone is entitled to have a hypothesis and everyone is entitled to free speech, but should not be able to present that as fact.

He continually made the point that they were in court to hear evidence and there is NO evidence that Madeleine has died and no evidence. He said the dogs are not admissible because there was NO evidence to back up their claims, he seemed quite relaxed abut the dogs.

I cannot find a link to it as yet and someone came in and insisted on talking to me, while this was going on and the phone rang lol

He did say that he had never been in a court before and in some way they are relieved to get this into court because court is where this should have always been taken and not these theories being presented as fact with confidence, when they were simply NOT true.

He said Isabel Duarte is a fantastic lawyer and knows the law very well and they take her advice because they do not know the law!

Remarks like this are ridiculous, of course the weight of testimony was going to favour Amaral, they were sycophantic witnesses produced by him, but each one of them has managed to drop Amaral in it, I don't see Jondi stressing this point though, If he could tear his eyes off of the judge, he may fair better!

This is an actual conflict of interests if true and it needs to be exposed!

How can Flores give his testimony, when a project of his own depends on the outcome of this one, this is definitely a conflict of interests.
